Topsoil

Topsoil is the layer of earth under humus. Making it nutrient rich by nature.  If you are looking to improve your yard or trying to grow grass topsoil would be the best option. The reason for using topsoil in these application besides for nutrients is because it is screened. Screened soils provide smooth soils free of debris. 

Compost

The compost we have is a customer favorite! People come back year after year to replenish garden beds with this soil. Our compost is OMRI certified. It has been turned regularly and monitored closely for signs of ecoli. If you have a dream of becoming a gardener we have had first year gardeners have a lot of success with using this compost as a their soil base.

Fill Dirt

Primary use for fill dirt is to fill in places such as a hole, or area that is being graded for building. Often fill dirt is a cost effective to do simple projects. This dirt typically contains some debris because it is not a screened dirt. The debris is usually pretty minor, but could be an issue if you are planning on mowing over it.

Minimum for Delivery: 3 CY

Maximum for Delivery: typically 8 CY

Additional Information: 

  • Scheduling - typically we can have a delivery out to you within  a day of placing order. Unless it is during peak times; like spring, or fall, or the weekend.

  •  If they foresee an issue in any area off a driving surface, in their good discretion may refuse to go off the driving surface.

  • We are able to mix topsoil and compost if requested.
